The continuous medical training program was successfully held at Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy from June 10th to 16th, 2023.
The program focused on interventions for treating vascular malformations in the brain and head-neck region of children. Key topics covered included treating vascular malformations in the head-neck region, AVM treatment, as well as discussions and analysis of clinical cases. Importantly, the program also provided an opportunity for doctors to practice and experience treatments in the DSA room.
Kaneka and PT Medical participated in the program by setting up a product introduction booth. The products showcased included the new generation i-ED Coil product line used in conjunction with the EDGv4 control system. Kaneka’s products garnered significant interest from participating doctors. The doctors provided positive feedback on this new product line, praising the quality and effectiveness of the products.
Overall, the continuous medical training program at Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy was successful in facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experiences in the intervention and treatment of vascular malformations in the brain and head-neck region of children. Kaneka’s products also received positive feedback and attention from the attending doctors at the program.
