The Critical Issues in Endovascular Therapy (CIET) Conference 2024 was successfully held from August 23 to 25 in Singapore. This important event, organized by the Singapore Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Society (SVESS), brought together leading experts from around the world.
This year’s conference focused on peripheral endovascular therapy, featuring a variety of engaging activities, including short lectures on current treatment strategies, pre-recorded case presentations, and lively discussions among experts and participants from various specialties. These sessions provided an excellent opportunity for doctors to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and collaboratively explore new solutions in patient care.

Notably, Dr. Tran Minh Hien from Gia Dinh People’s Hospital made a significant impact as a panellist in two of the main sessions. Dr. Hien actively participated in discussions with international colleagues, offering insightful feedback on the reports and cases presented. His expertise and contributions helped to elevate the profile of Vietnamese medicine on the global stage.
