The ball tip was made smaller to increase its penetration efficacy.
It makes easier to create the entry route to the hard tissue and fibrous cap.

By taking advantage of tip flexibility, ASAHI Gaia easily avoids hard tissue and advances smoothly.
Deflection control: Guiding the wire to the distal true lumen with rotational control by using deflection which occurs when advancing a shaped GW.
■1mm pre-shaped tip
The pre-shape of the tip is incorporated in the production process, significantly increase tip shape retention.
